For my most recent purchase I bought from a bank so I had to make some repairs before the VA would approve it. She made accessing the house easy for me when it came time to do the repairs. She also made all my appointments for me for inspections and just truly made this experience wonderful!

Not only was Anne a great realtor whom I would recommend to anyone, she was a great partner in finding the perfect home for my family. I was relocating to the area from Virginia and was searching for an equestrian property to make my forever home. Anne did a great job in communicating with me early on and setting up numerous viewings to make my week-long home trip as productive as possible. Although Anne is located in Martinez/Augusta, she has extensive knowledge of the greater Aiken area, where many equestrian properties are located. Anne was able to give helpful insights into things to keep in mind and what to watch out for when moving to an unfamiliar area. I was fortunate to have several friends whose house had been sold by Tom and they strongly recommended that I list my house with him.
Being divorced and on a fixed income I was very nervous. I knew this would probably be my last financial deal. i really wanted someone who I trusted and would work to sell my house. Immediately, I felt comfortable with Tom. I had to leave town and he handled everything! He had repairs done quickly and reasonably priced. Tonia is fantastic and I highly recommend her as an agent! I was a first time buyer, under a deadline to move, and out of state and unable to travel because of COVID restrictions. Tonia went above and beyond to make herself available to answer questions I had, and for FaceTime showings, pointing out the things that would concern me as a buyer(how is the neighborhood, finishes, layout, etc.). In the end I found a great house I’m very happy in, and I couldn’t have done it without her!

Marcie Partain was our realtor when we sold our house in Grovetown, GA, and we couldn't have asked for a better advocate. From day one she was responsive, straightforward, and clearly knew the local market — she helped us price and market the house well, and we had serious interest quickly.
Where Marcie really earned our trust was when we ran into a difficult buyer. He made a cash offer but spent the process trying to pressure and intimidate us into caving on requests, at one point even leaning on a sympathetic story about relocating his family. Marcie never let us get pushed around — she stayed calm, kept us informed at every step, and was ready to walk away right alongside us if it came to that. He ultimately came back and closed on the deal. (Ironically, we later learned he never even moved in and just rents the house out.)
If you want someone who will fight for your interests and keep a level head when things get tense, Marcie is who you want in your corner. Highly recommend.
