Marcie Partain was our realtor when we sold our house in Grovetown, GA, and we couldn't have asked for a better advocate. From day one she was responsive, straightforward, and clearly knew the local market — she helped us price and market the house well, and we had serious interest quickly.
Where Marcie really earned our trust was when we ran into a difficult buyer. He made a cash offer but spent the process trying to pressure and intimidate us into caving on requests, at one point even leaning on a sympathetic story about relocating his family. Marcie never let us get pushed around — she stayed calm, kept us informed at every step, and was ready to walk away right alongside us if it came to that. He ultimately came back and closed on the deal. (Ironically, we later learned he never even moved in and just rents the house out.)

Tonia is fantastic and I highly recommend her as an agent! I was a first time buyer, under a deadline to move, and out of state and unable to travel because of COVID restrictions. Tonia went above and beyond to make herself available to answer questions I had, and for FaceTime showings, pointing out the things that would concern me as a buyer(how is the neighborhood, finishes, layout, etc.). In the end I found a great house I’m very happy in, and I couldn’t have done it without her!

I bought my last house from Tonia, so when it came time to downsize from my large house to a small patio home I called her again. First thing she told me was that she'd get me multiple offers, the second thing was to be prepared to close in 30 days and lastly, that she'd get top dollar for my home. Tonia delivered on all counts, and then found me the perfect home to buy. She even arranged to have both closings on the same day. I was relocating to the area from Virginia and was searching for an equestrian property to make my forever home. She talked us through it and everything worked out stellar. I am very thankful for the amazing job she did in selling our home. I was sad to leave but she made the experience less stressful and very successful. It only took one month to sell our house.
