Gordon area Tonia worked closely with us looking for the house that would fit our needs. I was relocating to the area from Virginia and was searching for an equestrian property to make my forever home. Marcie Partain was our realtor when we sold our house in Grovetown, GA, and we couldn't have asked for a better advocate. From day one she was responsive, straightforward, and clearly knew the local market — she helped us price and market the house well, and we had serious interest quickly.
Where Marcie really earned our trust was when we ran into a difficult buyer. He made a cash offer but spent the process trying to pressure and intimidate us into caving on requests, at one point even leaning on a sympathetic story about relocating his family. Marcie never let us get pushed around — she stayed calm, kept us informed at every step, and was ready to walk away right alongside us if it came to that. He ultimately came back and closed on the deal. (Ironically, we later learned he never even moved in and just rents the house out.)
If you want someone who will fight for your interests and keep a level head when things get tense, Marcie is who you want in your corner. Highly recommend.
